Clinical Observation Of Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction Combined With Kuhuang Dcoction Wet Compres In The Treatment Of Rosacea With Heat Toxin Accumulating Skin Syndrome

Objective: By using Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Kuhuang Decoction to treat rosacea with heat toxins and skin,observe the patient’s skin lesions subsidence,conscious improvement of symptoms,safety and recurrence rate indicators,and judge Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine dampness The clinical efficacy and safety of the application provide a new safe and effective method for the clinical treatment of rosacea.Methods: From June 2019 to July 2020,68 patients were screened out strictly according to the diagnostic criteria for rosacea in the syndrome of heat toxin accumulation in the Dermatology Clinic from June 2019 to July 2020.The random number table method was used to divide them into a combination of modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction Kuhuangtang wet compress(treatment group)34 cases,minocycline hydrochloride capsule combined with 0.75% metronidazole gel(control group)34 cases.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Kuhuang Decoction,and the control group was treated with Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsules and 0.75%Metronidazole Gel.6 weeks is a course of treatment,one course of treatment is observed.After the course of treatment,the scores of skin lesions,the improvement of the scores of subjective symptoms,the effective rate of skin lesions,the effective rate of subjective symptoms,and the safety indicators of the two groups are observed,and the statistical SPSS25 software is used for analysis and comparison.The curative effect is judged according to the proposed curative effect evaluation standard.Results:(1)There was a significant difference in the scores of skin lesions between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01);there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01);(2)There were significant differences in the scores of subjective symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups Significant difference(P<0.01);There is a significant difference in the scores of symptoms after treatment between the two groups(P<0.01);(3)Comparison of the curative effect of the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of skin lesions in the treatment group is 91.2%compared with that in the control group There is a difference in effective rate of 82.4%(P<0.05);the total effective rate of subjective symptoms in the treatment group is 97.1%,compared with the total effective rate of61.8% in the control group,there is a significant difference in efficacy(P<0.01)(4)The two groups have a significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions There is a significant difference in comparison,(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.Both groups of drugs can improve the skin lesion score.The oral administration of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Kuhuang Decoction wet compress is better than the western medicine combined group in improving the scores of patients with erythema,papulus and telangiectasia.2.Both groups of drugs can reduce the scores of self-conscious symptoms.The oral administration of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Kuhuang Decoction wet compress is better than the simple western medicine combination group in improving dry mouth,constipation,burning sensation,and itching symptoms.3.The effect of oral administration of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Kuhuang Decoction wet compress is better than that of the combined group of western medicine alone;Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Kuhuang Decoction wet compress has better effect on subjective symptoms than simple western medicine combination group.4.Modified Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Kuhuang Decoction wet compress has high safety in the treatment of rosacea patients with heat toxin accumulation syndrome and is worthy of clinical practice Promotion.
