Clinical Observation Of The Huoxue Shufu Decoction Make A Treatment Of Skin Pruritus With Blood Stasis

Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Shufu Decoction in treating pruritus with blood stasis.Methods: Eighty patients with blood stasis-type pruritus met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 40 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given oral Huoxue Shufu decoction combined with topical vitamin E milk.The control group took oral ebastine tablets in combination with topical vitamin E milk treatment.Patients of the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The scores of skin symptoms,the frequency of pruritus and the quality of life of the patients before and after the treatment were recorded.Perform comparative analysis to determine clinical efficacy.Result:1.After treatment,in the treatment group 8 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 87.50%,Besides in the control group 3 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,9 were were ineffective,the total effective rate was 77.50%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was a statistical difference(P? 0.05).2.After treatment,the skin symptom scores of the two groups were significantly different from those of the group before treatment(P <0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P? 0.05).3.After treatment,the frequency of pruritus between the two groups was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P? 0.05).4.After treatment,the DLQI score of the two groups was significantly different from that of the group before treatment(P<0.05),and theimprovement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.05).5.During the treatment period,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients,and there were no abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment.Conclusion:1 ? Huoxue Shufu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with blood stasis-type pruritus.2 ? Huoxue Shufu Decoction is a safe and effective prescription for the treatment of pruritus with blood stasis.
