Dihuang YiZi Decoction In The Treatment Of Yin-yang Deficiency Type Diabetic Yin D Yang Defic Iency Type Diabetic Skin Pruritus.pruritus Clinical Observation Of The Disease

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional C hinese medicine Dihuang YiZi on the treatment of Yin and Yang deficiency type diabetes skin pruritus,and to provide basis for the treatment of the disease.Methods: During the period from January 2016 to December 2017,who was admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Dermatology of the Gansu Province Hospital of TCM,and 60 outpatients met the diagnostic criteria for diabetic pruritus.According to the patient's treatment order,they were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Each group was given 30 cases of hypoglycemic treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was given Dihuang Yinzi;the control group was given loratadine tablets,a course of treatment for two weeks,the total duration of treatment was four weeks,before and after the treatment,the second week and the fourth week,The pruritus-related symptoms,physical signs,and symptom scores of TCM syndromes were evaluated.The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results: Comparison before treatment:(1)There was no significant difference in age,gender,blood glucose,duration of disease,and degree of illness between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),and the groups were comparable.(2)There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of pruritus symptoms,physical signs,and TCM syndrome scores before treatment(P>0.05).Comparison of treatment at 2 weeks: In the treatment group,pruritus related symptoms,physical signs,and TCM clinical syndrome scores decreased significantly compared with the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the 4 weeks of treatment,the decrease in pruritus related symptoms,physical signs,and TCM clinical s yndrome scores in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the two weeks,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of total curative effects:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of curative e ffect of pruritus related symptoms and signs in the treatment group was 93.3%,and the cure rate was 40%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 60.0%.10%,two groups of effective by 2 test,the differe nce was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM clinical symptoms in the treatment group was 96.7%,the cure rate was 33.4%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 80.0%,and the cure rate was 13.4%.The two groups' effectiveness was tested by 2 and the difference was Statistical significance(P<0.05).
