Clinical Observation Of Skin Itching Decoction In The Treatment Of Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness Type Of Senile Skin Pruritus

Objective：The purpose of this paper is to change the clinical curative effect andthe life quality of the patients were observed for RunFuZhiYangTang treatment ofblood deficiency and wind dry senile skin pruritus.Method：Patients who met the inclusion criteria according to visit order wererandomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group,27casesin treatment group,27cases in the control group. Patients in the treatment group weretreated with RunFuZhiYangTang, chlorphenamine maleate tablets; the control grouporal Runzaozhiyang capsule, with chlorphenamine maleate tablets, two groups oftopical FuShuZhiYangGao,2times a week. A total of4weeks.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group96.30%, control group, thetotal efficiency of88.89%. The total effective rate in treatment group wassignificantly higher than the control group, statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Two groups of patients after treatment of patients with mental health weresignificantly improved, with statistical significance (P <0.05). After treatment thepatient’s physical health has improved significantly, with statistical significance (P <0.05); the control group after treatment of patients with body health withoutimprovement, without statistical significance (P＞0.05).Conclusion: RunFuZhiYangTang plus chlorpheniramine maleate andFuShuZhiYangGao in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness of senile skin pruritus curative effect, less side effect, and can significantly improve the lifequality of the patients.
