The Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Senile Skin Pruritus By Using Purging Liver Anshen Decoction Modified

Objective:Purging liver anshen decoction modified was used to treat senile skin pruritus,the aim of which was to evaluate the clinical curative effect objectively and study the efficacy of the mechanism by the observation of clinical efficacy.Which was to provide theoretical basis for the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine of treating senile skin pruritus.Methods:135 patients included in the standard of patients with senile skin pruritus were divided into two groups.There were 68 patients in treatment group and 67 patients in control group.The foundational treatment of moisturizer to wipe was given to the both groups.The treatment group took purging liver anshen decoction modified.The control group took Ebastine Tablets.Four weeks treatment for two groups.Follow-up were at the ending of the treatment and one month later,then the study to be end.Results: There were 66 cases of treatment group and 66 cases of control group had completed the examination.Two groups of patients with gender,age,course of the disease,etc.no statistical significant difference(P > 0.05),comparable.Clinical curative effect comparison,the treatment group:1 case of cure,11 cases were markedly effective,effective 46 cases,8 patients were invalid,recurrence in 8 cases,the total effective rate was 87.88%,recurrence rate was 12.12%.The control group:0 case of cure,1 case had makred effect,effective 34 cases,31 cases ineffective,recurrence in 19 cases,the total effective rate was 53.03%,recurrence rate was 28.79%,compared the total effective rate of two groups,P<0.05,which indicated that two groups of curative effect index difference was statistically significant.Compared adverse reactions,the two groups of patients did not appear symptoms like dizziness,vomiting,diarrhea,drowsiness and other adverse reactions in the process of treating.Conclusion: Purging liver anshen decoction modified effected significantly in the treatment of senile skin pruritus(Liver excessive spleen deficient syndrome type).Liver excessive spleen deficient was one of the pathogenesis of senile skin pruritus.Which provided a certain theoretical basis for the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine of treating senile skin pruritus.
