| Objective:This research through the observation Magan Zhike Pingchuan Decoction of Heilongjiang Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine NanGang branch pulmonary disease families,sixty cases of Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease period(Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,AECOPD)outside in the cold fluid syndrome in patients with Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores,the COPD Assessment Test(CAT)score,pulmonary function(FEV1,FEV1/FVC%),laboratory observation indexes,such as change,evaluation of Magan Zhike Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of AECOPD(External Cold and Internal Drinking Syndrome)in patients with clinical efficacyMethods:A simple random method was used to divide sixty cases of AECOPD patients with external cold and internal drinking syndrome into treatment group and control group,each with thirty cases.The control group received western medicine conventional comprehensive treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the control group to take Magan Zhike Pingchuan Decoction.After fourteen days of treatment,the patient’s general information,efficacy correlation index and laboratory index were recorded,a database was established,and statistical software was used to process the data and analyze the resultsResults:①Baseline comparability:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,disease duration,weight,lung function severity grade and other general information(P value>0.05)②Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score:There were statistically significant differences in Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P value<0.01),with a large difference(Cohen’s d value>0.80).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom evaluation(P value<0.01)③CAT score:The difference of CAT score before and after treatment between the two groups was highly significant(P value<0.01),and the difference was large(Cohen’s d value>0.80).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in CAT rating between the two groups(P value>0.05).④ Lung function:There was no statistically significant difference in FEV1%between the two groups before and after treatment(P value>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in FEV1/FVC before and after treatment in the control group(P value>0.05),and there was a highly statistically significant difference in FEV1/FVC in the treatment group after treatment(P value<0.01),with a medium range of difference(0.20<Cohen’s d value≤0.80),and there was a statistically significant difference in FEV1/FVC between the two groups after treatment(P value<0.05).⑤Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome efficacy:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant after radit analysis(P value>0.05).⑥Laboratory indicators:There were no statistically significant differences in CRP,NEUT%and EO%between the two groups before medication(P value>0.05).Before and after treatment,the differences in CRP,NEUT%and EO%between the two groups were of high statistical significance(P value<0.01),and the difference range was moderate(0.20<Cohen’s d value≤0.80).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in CRP,NEUT%and EO%(P value>0.05).⑦Safety evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription:There was no statistically significant difference in the safety indexes of platelet(PLT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),urea(BUN),creatinine(Cr)before and after treatment among thirty patients in the treatment group(P value>0.05).Conclusion:①Magan Zhike Pingchuan Decoction can improve the symptoms and signs of AECOPD patients with external cold and internal drinking syndrome.②Magan Zhike Pingchuan Decoction can significantly improve the quality of life of COPD patients.③In terms of lung function,Magan Zhike Pingchuan Decoction can improve the forced expiratory volume in one second as a percentage of forced vital capacity in COPD patients(FEV1/FVC%)④Magan Zhike Pingchuan Decoction can significantly reduce CRP,NEUT%and EO%in patients with AECOPD syndrome,and reduce inflammatory responses⑤Magan Zhike Pingchuan Decoction has no obvious toxic and side effects on coagulation and liver or kidney function,so it is safe to prescribe. |
