Objective: Studies on the effect of anus drip Pingchuan decoction on rats with acuteexacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method: Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into6groups (blank group, model group,positive control group, anus dropping Pingchuan decoction low dose group, middle dosegroup, high dose group), each group of male and female, except the blank group, the otherrats by passive cigarette smoking and intratracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide intochronic obstructive pulmonary disease rat model of passive smoking,40min,1times daily,5weeks, thirty-sixth weather tube injection of lipopolysaccharide (0.1ml/), normal fed forsixth weeks, rat cage, to blow cool air for two days,1hours a day, drenching Fuzidecoction,2ml/100g/d, for3consecutive days, making after the success of the model, theblank group and the model group with normal saline enema, positive control group withprednisone acetate tablets suspension gavage, the rest of the treatment group to anus dripPingchuan decoction enema. Once a day, for4weeks. General condition of the rats wasobserved, after the last administration, rats were determined in serum TNF-a, IL-8, VEGF,and the pathological changes in lungs of rats, organ index calculation.Results: The results showed that, before the treatment, model group TNF-a, VEGFcompared with the control group differences (P<0.01), there was significant differencecompared with model group IL-8and the control group (P<0.001), suggests successfulmodel.After treatment, the positive group rats TNF-a, IL-8lower than that of model group(P<0.05), positive rats of VEGF group than that of model group (P<0.05); anus dripPingchuan decoction high dose group rats TNF-a, IL-8lower than that of model group(P<0.01), high dose group rats were VEGF higher than those in the model group (P<0.01);anus drip asthma the soup TNF-a, dose in rats of IL-8group than that of the model group(P<0.05), middle dose group rats were VEGF higher than those in the model group(P<0.05); anus drip Pingchuan decoction low dose group rats IL-8lower than that ofmodel group (P<0.05), low dose group rats TNF-a, VEGF compared with the model grouphad no statistical difference.The treatment group had significant decrease lung lesionscompared with the model group. In model group, lung index compared with the control group differences (P<0.05), indicating a successful model, the treatment group comparedwith the model group, the lung index difference (P<0.05), the treatment group theinflammation reduction; thymus index, spleen index of model group compared with thecontrol group, there are differences (P<0.05), suggesting a decrease in rat immunity,treatment thymus index, spleen index and model group were significantly different(P<0.01, P<0.05), suggesting enhanced rat immunity.Conclusion: Anus drip Pingchuan decoction can significantly reduce the acute attack ofchronic obstructive pulmonary disease TNF-a, IL-8level, can significantly increase the ratchronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbation of VEGF level; no effects on organindex in rats, can improve the immunity of rats.
