Objectives:Take five hospitals in Kunming(the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province,the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yunnan Province,the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Kunming,the First People's Hospital of Kunming)as examples to understand the psychological capital of obstetric medical staff,Job burnout and job input,and analyze the impact of related factors(such as gender,position,education,marital status,job title,etc.)on psychological capital and job input;and study the psychological capital,job burnout,and job input of the obstetric medical staff Correlative relationship between them;to provide theoretical and practical references for improving the psychological capital of obstetric medical staff and the level of work input,and alleviating job burnout.Methods:Group survey of 266 medical staff in obstetrics of five hospitals was conducted using a cluster sampling method.Questionnaire surveys were performed using the UWES,Mental Capital Scale,and Burnout Scale(MBI-HSS)to measure the work input of obstetric medical staff,Psychological capital and job burnout.SPSS software was used for data analysis.The main statistical methods used were t test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:1.The total work input of obstetric medical staff in this survey is 76.16 ±15.36,which is at the middle and upper levels.There is a significant difference in age,marital status,education,job title,working age and hospital category in the work input score(P<0.05).2.The total psychological capital of obstetric medical staff who participated in the survey was 105.51 ± 16.37,which is at the middle and upper levels.There were significant differences in the scores of psychological capital in the highest academic qualifications,positions,titles,employment methods,and seniority(P<0.05).3.The total burnout score of obstetric medical staff who participated in the survey was 61.58 ± 6.27,which was at a medium level.There were significant differences in burnout scores among age,job title,employment method,working age,and hospital category(P<0.05).4.There is a correlation between obstetric medical staffs work input,psychological capital and job burnout.Work input and psychological capital are significantly positively correlated.Work input is negatively correlated with psychological capital and job burnout,with correlation coefficients of 0.52 and-0.22(P<0.01).5.The job input of obstetric medical workers can significantly predict job burnout,and psychological capital plays a mediating role between job input and job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.There are significant differences in the work input,psychological capital,and burnout of different types of obstetric medical staff.2.The higher the level of job input,the higher the level of psychological capital and the decrease in job burnout;the increase in the level of psychological capital will also increase the level of work input and reduce the occurrence of burnout.3.Job input can significantly predict job burnout,and psychological capital plays a mediating role between job input and job burnout.
