In recent years, rapid development of economy accelerates the pace of life,competition is becoming increasing fierce, the job stress is prevalent and becomes an important factor of personal psychology, physiology and behaviors, so more and more scholars pay attention to the studies on job stress. Although there are many studies on job stress, study on the impact of perceived organizational support and psychological capital on job stress still needs to be further enriched. And because health care is one of the most stressful work, study on the impact of perceived organizational support and psychological capital on job stress of medical staff has an important meaning.Firstly, this paper collated and summarized the theory of job stress, organizational support and psychological capital after reading the existing domestic and foreign literature.The perceived organizational support and psychological capital on the influence of working pressure and the relationship between them, on the basis of the proposed research hypotheses, construct the theoretical model.Then, by conducting a survey of 313 medical staff in 5 hospitals in our country, this paper collected relevant data, analyzed and processed the data using a variety of empirical analysis methods and SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 17.0, and then this paper concluded: all dimensions of perceived organizational support are negatively correlated to job stress; all dimensions of perceived organizational support are positively correlated to psychological capital; all dimensions of psychological capital are negatively correlated to job stress;psychological capital plays an intermediary role between perceived organizational support and job stress.Finally, this paper discussed the application of the results: hospitals should show understanding and support to medical staff, enhance perceived organizational support of staff from all aspects of life and work, and make medical staff have a high enthusiasm for the work; at the same time, they should also focus on staff psychological capital, improve the level of staff psychological capital, make them have positive and optimistic view of life and work, and then effectively relieve their job stress.
