ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the Yiqiheying recipe in the treatment of allergic purpura.MethodsReferring to "National Standards of the People's Republic of China-TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment terminology-symptom section" published by the state administration of technical supervision in 1997,Ding Ying's "Guidelines for the Chinese Medicine Diagnostic and Treatment of Allergic Purpura",and the third edition of "blood disease diagnosis and treatment standards" edited by Zhang Zhinan,we set standards of Chinese and Western medicine diagnostic criteria for allergic purpura.During 2019.03?2019.12,a total of 30 allergic purpura patients who received treatment in the the Hematology Clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in.On the basis of the original treatment, the research group were treated with Yiqiheying Recipe.4 weeks was a treatment period, and all patients were followed up for 8 weeks after the treatment. The TCM syndromes score, urine test indicators, withdrawal rate of western medicines, the incidence and severity of adverse reactions of allergic purpura patients before and after treatment were compared,in order to determine the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqiheying Recipe comprehensively. We used SPSS 22.0 software to analyze the data, and there were statistical differences at p<0.05.Results1.TCM syndrome score:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores decreased from 8.10±3.73 to 3.13±2.96,which was statistically different(p<0.05).There was no significant difference among subtypes(P>0.05),and no statistical difference among age groups(P>0.05).2.Evaluation of TCM efficacy:There were 11/30 cases clinically relieved,4/30 cases markedly improved,12/30 cases improved and the total effective rate was 90%.There was no significant difference in the evaluation of TCM efficacy among subtypes and age groups(P>0.05).3.Withdrawal of western medicine:A total of 4 patients were treated with western medicine during the treatment, and all of them were completely withdrawn within 4 weeks. The withdrawal rate of Western medicine within 4 weeks was 100%.4.Abnormal urine routine:Abnormal urine test was found in 6/30 patients. After 4 weeks of treatment,4 patients' urine test indexes returned to normal,1 patient's urine occult blood indexes were improved, and 1 patient's urine protein indexes were not improved. After 8 weeks of treatment,5 patients showed normal urine test indexes, and 1 patient still had urine protein+.At 12 weeks after treatment,1 patient still had urine protein+,and the remaining patients showed normal urine test indexes.5.Evaluation of curative effect with western medicine standard:There were 11/30 cases obviously effective,19/30 cases effective, and the total effective rate was 100%.There was no statistical difference in western medicine efficacy between different subtypes and age groups(P>0.05).6.Adverse reactions:No patient discontinued the medication or withdraw from the trial, due to adverse reactions during the treatment.Only 2 patients had mild diarrhea, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%(2/30 cases).ConclusionIn clinical practice,Yiqiheying Recipe has obvious efficacy and high safety in the treatment of patients who were deficiency of qi and incompatibility of Yingwei with allergic purpurammainly reflected in the improve skin purpura, urine occult blood,TCM syndrome scores, withdrawal rate of western medicine, adverse reactions and compliance.
