| Objective:The purpose of this clinicial experiment is to observe the clinical effect of ZiDianQing in Treating Henoch-schonlein Purpura。Methods:Patients diagnosed with HSP were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group of 29 patients,28 cases of the control group, the ZiDianQing treatment was given to the experiment group, the Prednisone treatment was given to the control group, the course of treatment is 30 days, we need to observe 2 courses of treatment in order to compare the difference of the two groups in terms of curative effects and the difference of improving clinical symptoms.Result:(1) The total effect of the experiment group treated by ZiDianQing and the control group treated by prednisolone has no significant difference (p> 0.05), the curative effects in the experiment group were similar to those in the control group. (2) After the routine urine test and the examination of urinary sediments, urine occult blood and negative proteinuria were shorter in the experiment group treated by ZiDianQing, compared with the control group treated by prednisone were significantly different (p<0.05). (3) The experiment group treated by ZiDianQing can significantly ease the skin purpura, arthrodynia and abdominalgia, the skin purpura regression time compared with the control group treated by prednisone has no significant difference (P> 0.05). (4) ZiDianQing has no side-effect of Henoch-schonlein Purpura treated by Prednisone, it can highlight the features and advantages of Chinese medicine in treating HSP.Conclusion:ZiDianQing, which has definite effect, can be effective against the patients'clinical symptoms, especially against protein in urine significantly. |
