| Objective: Observation of clinical benefits of gasification and Blood Stasis Decoction on allergic purpura nephritis (Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis, HSPN) in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods: Select 76patients fulfilled the diagnostic criteria of allergic purpura nephritis (HSPN) patients, randomly divided into treatment group 40 and control group 36 people, the treatment group were treated with Yiqi Huayu Recipe on the agent and the two, 30 minutes after a meal service, combined with ligustrazine injection intravenous therapy: ligustrazine hydrochloride needle, daily 80～160mg static point, once daily; used in the control group but with ligustrazine injection of ligustrazine hydrochloride: needle, daily 80～160mg static point, once a day. For 4 weeks, the continuous observation of 2 treatment. Observation on effects of Yiqi Huayu Recipe and Ligustrazine on allergic purpura nephritis (HSPN) in patients with clinical efficacy. Results: the total effective rate in the treatment group and 83.3% in control group, the total efficiency of 82.5%, upon examination, the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The treatment group in improving skin purpura, arthralgia, abdominal pain, sore throat, bleeding degree obviously, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The control group skin purpura and bleeding degree before and after treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05). Result: Effect of Yiqi Huayu Recipe Combined with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on allergic purpura nephritis (HSPN) has good clinical curative effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, contribute to the improvement of urinary occult blood, urine protein and stable condition, improve the treatment effect. |
