Danshen Injection Combined With Liangxue Huaban Soup In The Treatment Of Allergic Purpura Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:By detecting the yin deficiency and fire flourishing type allergic purpura before and after treatment in patients with peripheral blood D- dimer the change of urine protein, urine occult blood, observe application of injection with salvia miltiorrhiza combined liangxue huaban soup to treat allergic purpura clinical curative effect, and discussed the mechanism of action of salvia miltiorrhiza injection used to treat allergic purpura, better guide clinical drug use.Methods:Choose between January 2013 and December 2014, collected in our hospital wards of 41 patients with the yin deficiency and fire flourishing allergic purpura, divided into two group, danshen group and the control group, danshen group 21 cases given liangxue huaban soup combined with danshen injection treatment, 20 cases were treated liangxue huaban soup decoction, the other 4 patients with normal collection as blank group. Observed before and after treatment in patients with peripheral blood D- dimer, urine protein, urine occult blood values change, record two groups of patients with skin purpura regression time, and observe the application according to the TCM symptom integral liangxue huaban soup combined with danshen injection treatment of clinical efficacy.Results:Salvia miltiorrhiza group and control group in the yin deficiency and fire flourishing allergic purpura patients before treatment of peripheral blood D- dimer, urine protein, urine occult blood value is significantly higher than that of blank group(P < 0.05), but between the two groups of peripheral blood D- dimer, urine protein, urine occult blood value had no significant difference(P > 0.05). After the treatment, two groups of patients with peripheral blood D- dimer, urine protein, urine occult blood value is significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05) and salvia miltiorrhiza group of patients with peripheral blood D- dimer, urine protein, urine occult blood values drop ratio significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05), skin purpura disappear days significantly less than control group(P = 0.004 < 0.05) and salvia miltiorrhiza group of TCM symptoms curative effect(total effective rate 95.24%), significantly better than the control group(total effective rate 80%), compared the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions:By using liangxue huaban soup combined with danshen injection treatment of allergic purpura, can effectively reduce the peripheral blood in patients with D- dimer level, shorten the patients skin purpura regression time, improve the clinical symptoms, its mechanism may be related coagulant function abnormality.
