Effect Of Jiedu Hua Yu Combined With Interferon Recipe On Treating Of Allergic Purpura Nephritis Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: to observe the effect of Jiedu Huayu combined with interferon recipe ontreating of allergic Purpura Nephritis (Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis, HSPN) inpatients with clinical efficacy.Methods:120patients with HSPN patients were randomly divided into treatment group60cases and the control group60cases. Treatment group using human recombinantinterferon alpha1b injection,1million units (30μg, intramuscular injection,3days) jointJiedu Huayu method treatment, control group with oral prednisone piece (1mg/kg.d), twogroups were given antihistamines, necessary antibiotics and support therapy, treatmentfor8weeks. Swallow observe Jiedu Huayu method combined with interferon in patientswith allergic purpura nephritis (HSPN) of clinical efficacy.Results:1. Clinical total effective rate was80%in treatment group, the clinical totaleffective rate was54.6%in control group, two groups are statistically significantdifferences (P <0.01), treatment group therapy effect is better than the control group.2.The treatment group was to eliminate patients’ skin purpura, god fatigue, abdominal pain,joint pain, urine occult blood, urine protein have significant statistical significance (P <0.01), efficacy significantly. God control group in improving the patients’ skin purpura,fatigue, abdominal pain, joint pain, urine protein has statistical significance (P <0.05),but the effect is not obvious in improving the urine occult blood, with no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05).3. The two groups of cases before and after treatment oftraditional Chinese medicine symptom integral comparison, always have a statisticallysignificant difference (P <0.01).Conclusion: Jiedu Huayu method combined with interferon in allergic purpura nephritis(HSPN) has better clinical curative effect, can effectively improve the patients’ skinpurpura, god fatigue, abdominal pain, joint pain, clinical manifestations, eliminate patients urine occult blood and urine protein, and can shorten the duration of symptoms,improve the effect of clinical treatment.
