| Objectives: to observe the clinical curative effect of the Yufengxiaoban soup which is used to treat acute allergic purpura and the acute breakout of the chronic allergic purpura. Method: the acute allergic purpura patients and the acute breakout of the chronic ones were randomly divided into two groups: the YFXBT group and the control group. The conventional treatment were given to the both groups, with YFXBT group receiving additional YFXBT treatment. Compared the difference of curative effect between the two group in the indexes such as clinical symptom and biology-chemical target considering defecate and meal management. Result: the total effective rate of study group was 96. 7% and the control group was 77. 8%. There were notable differences between the two group in the alleviative time of main clinical symptom such as skin purpura, arthralgia, stomach-ache, gastrointestinal bleeding and the damage of kidney function. The YFXBT group were better than the control group. Conclusion: on the basis of conventional western medicine yufengxiaoban soup combined with defecate and meal management was superior to conventional western medicine which can shorten the acute course of allergic purpura, decrease the recurrence ratio , abase the damage of kidney function and scant the side function. |
