The Clinical Study Of Jiawei Guizhi Erchen Decoction In Treating Tension-Type Headache (Phlegmatic Hygrosis Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Guizhi Erchen Decoction on Tension-type Headache(Phlegmatic Hygrosis Type),so as to further enrich the treatment ideas of Tension-type Headache(Phlegmatic Hygrosis Type).Method:A total of 76 patients with frequent and chronic Tension-type Headache(Phlegmatic Hygrosis Type)were observed according to the case inclusion and exclusion criteria,and randomly divided into 2 groups,38 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Guizhi Erchen Decoction,and the control group was treated with Tizanidine tablets.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,they were scored by TCM syndrome scale(appendix 1),VAS(appendix 2),headache questionnaire(appendix 3),HAMD(appendix 4),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)(appendix 5).After the course of treatment,the scores of the above related scales were statistically processed to analyze the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Guizhi Erchen Decoction in the treatment of Tension-type Headache(Phlegmatic Hygrosis Type).Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was92.11%,and that in the control group was 60.53%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of Jiawei Guizhi Erchen Decoction for Tension-type Headache(Phlegmatic Hygrosis Type)was better than Tizanidine tablets;2.After treatment,the total clinical efficacy rate was 81.58% in the treatment group and65.79% in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups,indicating that the total clinical efficacy rate of Jiawei Guizhi Erchen Decoction in the treatment of Tension-type Headache(Phlegmatic Hygrosis Type)was better than Tizanidine tablets;3.Compare the scores before and after treatment of the observation items in the treatment group and the control group,all P < 0.05 indicated that Jiawei Guizhi Erchen Decoction and Tizanidine tablets were effective for the observed symptoms;4.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of the improvement of headache degree,headache duration,headache score,and TCM syndromes(Dizzy,chest stuffy ruffian full,the whole body sleepy heavy,Loss of appetite)(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of headache attack frequency,TCM syndromes(headache,such as headache,muscle tenderness of head and neck),HAMA and HAMD(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Guizhi Erchen Decoction and Tizanidine tablets both had certain clinical effects on Tense-type Headache(Phlegmatic Hygrosis Type),and Jiawei Guizhi Erchen Decoction is superior to the positive control drug Tizanidine in total clinical efficacy and effective rate of many TCM syndrome evaluation indexes.
