Re-study On Guizhi Erchen Decoction And Sinusitis Prescription In The Treatment Of Headache Attributed To Chronic Rhinosinusitis

Objective:To get the clinical effect of Guizhi Erchen Decoction plus special prescription for sinusitis on chronic sinus headache(LQDCS)with Xiangju capsule and Tongtongning capsule as the control group.Methods:Use randomized,controlled,non-inferiority test design scheme;On the basis of the inclusion and exclusion criteria,148 sick person were selected.74 cases in the control group were treated with Xiangju capsule plus Tongtongning capsule.And another 74 sick person in the treatment group were treated with Guizhi Erchen plus sinusitis special prescription.Two groups of sick person were treated for 4 weeks.We should fill in relevant scales include TCM syndrome scale and headache score scale,within 4 weeks of treatment.After that,we should carry out about statistical analysis.Results:1.General data(age,gender,course of disease)and related scores(TCM syndromes,headache VAS,headache duration,headache score)of the two groups before treatment,Through statistical comparable(P > 0.05),they were comparable.2.After 4 weeks,the total clinical rate was 88.73% in the treatment group while77.14% in the control group(P<0.05).As the same TCM syndrome was 92.96% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the another group(P<0.05).It is suggested that "Guizhi Erchen plus sinusitis special prescription" is superior to the control group in total clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scale evaluation efficacy.3.The headache VAS score,duration and headache score of the two groups were better than before treatment,after one weeks,2 weeks and 4 weeks with statistical analysis P<0.05.It shows that two groups can treat chronic sinus headache.At the same period,the treatment group surpass another one(P<0.05).4.After 4 weeks,two groups were outdo before treatment in TCM syndromes(P<0.05).in dizziness,dysosmia,spontaneous sweating,aggravated of wind and cold,the treatment group outgoing another one.in nasal obstruction,nasal mucus,be short of breath and power,two groups are therapeutic equivalence(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.In the treatment of chronic sinuses headache(LQDCS),"Guizhi Erchen plus sinusitis special prescription" and Xiangju Erchen plus Toutongnong Capsule were effective,and the former is better than the latter.2.In the cure of chronic sinusitis headache(LQDCS),"Guizhi Erchen special prescription for sinusitis" was superior to Xiangju capsule combined with Toutongning capsule in improving headache VAS scores,headache duration,headache scores,TCM syndromes(dizziness,dysosmia,spontaneous sweating,aggravated of wind and cold).
