ObjectiveThrough the collection and collation of the urinary retention level classification, bladder function score, bladder residual urine volume and the first urinary urination time after treatment, the difference between the efficacy of acupuncture of regulating qi flow for postpartum urinary retention and neostigmine intramuscular injection was analyzed.,To provide new ideas and new methods for the treatment of postpartum urinary retention with acupuncture and moxibustion.Method66 patients with postpartum urinary retention who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, with 33 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture of regulating qi flow for postpartum urinary retention, once a day and 3 times as a course of treatment. The control group was treated with conventional neostigmine intramuscular injection once a day and 3 times as a course of treatment. After the course of treatment, the two groups of patients were observed and recorded.Residual urine volume of postpartum urine retention, bladder function score, clinicaldegree classification of urinary retention, and time to first urination, and the data collected were processed accordingly to draw conclusions.Results(1)Results of the first urination time: after treatment, the first urination time between the treatment group and the control group was P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)The results of the clinical degree classification of urinary retention showed that the urinary retention in the treatment group and the control group before treatment was P>0.05,there was no significant difference and comparable;after 1 course of treatment, the urinary retention in the two groups was within the group. Before and after comparison, both P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;comparison between the two groups of integrals,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)Results of bladder function scores: The comparison of bladder function scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,P> 0.05,no significant difference, comparable;after 1 course of treatment, the comparison of bladder function scores in the group, both P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;comparison between the two groups of bladder function scores,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(4)Residual urine volume of the bladder: The comparison of the residual urine volume of the bladder between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,P> 0.05,no significant difference, comparable;after 1 course of treatment, the residual urine volume of the bladder group For comparison, all were P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;for comparison between the two groups of Residual urine volume of the bladder,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(5)Clinical efficacy: After 1 course of treatment,20 cases were cured,10 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective in the treatment group, the total effective rate was96.77%;8 cases were cured,20 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective in the control group, the total effective rate was 84.85%;Comparison between groups P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions(1)Both treatments are effective in treating postpartum urinary retention, butacupuncture of regulating qi flow is better than neostigmine intramuscular injection, which is worthy of clinical promotion.(2)Comparison of two therapies for postpartum urinary retention.acupuncture of regulating qi flow method can better shorten the first micturition time, improve the grade of urinary retention, reduce the bladder function score, reduce the residual bladder volume, and better improve the symptoms of urinary retention.,Reduce the risk of urinary tract infections and improve the quality of life of patients.
