Objective:Observation on clinical therapeutic effect of moxibustion over ginger guanyuan point (RN04) or guilai points (ST29) to treat postnatal urinary retention, explore the treatment effect for the treatment of postnatal urinary retention. Aimed to explore a more safe, simple, easy to operate, good curative effect and repeatability of good treatment. For clinical treatment of postnatal urinary retention provides a new method, and try to from traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory to explain the mechanism of effect. Methods:Included in the standard of60patients, grouped into moxibustion over ginger group and western medicine group at random, each group is30cases, moxibstion over ginger group use moxibstion over ginger guanyuan point and guilai points treatment, twice a day, a day for a period of treatment, a total of three courses (6times), stop the treatment when patient pass urine; Western medicine group choose glutes injection of neostigmine1mg, twice a day, a total of2mg a day for a period of treatment, a total of three courses (6times), stop the treatment when patient pass urine. After six times to analyse and compare the curative effect of two groups, to explore clinical therapeutic effect of moxibstion over ginger to treat postnatal urinary retention, compare two groups of urinary retention levels at the same time For haven’t urinate patients after six times, continue to the corresponding groups of treatment until to urinate, observe the first urination time and residual urine volume of the two groups after treatment, statistics and compare the first urination time and residual urine volume data of two groups for whether there are differences.Results:1, before treatment, statistical analysis age and degree of urinary retention of both groups is no significant difference (P>0.05), two groups is comparable.2, after treatment, moxibstion over ginger group of30people, the invalid2people, effective1people, markedly effective6people, cure21people, the clinical efficacy of the total effective rate was93.3%; Western medicine group of30people, the invalid6people, effective5people, markedly effective13people, cure6people, the clinical efficacy of the total effective rate was80.0%.Two groups of curative effect have more significant difference (P<0.01). 3, the two groups urinary retention degree of before and after treatment all have significant difference,(ginger moxibustion group P<0.01, western medicine group P<0.05), two groups urinary retention degree after treatment is also significant differences (P<0.01).4, the two groups first urination time after treatment have significant difference (P<0.01).5, the two groups residual urine volume after treatment have significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:1, moxibstion over ginger guanyuan point and guilai point treatment of postpartum urinary retention curative effect is definitely and obviously improve the patient’s symptoms and signs, better than muscle injection of neostigmine.2, moxibstion over ginger group and western medicine group all can improve the urinary retention degree of patients, but moxibstion over ginger group improve more than western medicine group, moxibstion over ginger group can more reduce abdominal distension abdominal pain of postpartum urinary retention patients.3, moxibstion over ginger group in improving first urination time of postpartum urinary retention patients is better than western medicine group, can make the patient to urinate earlier, relieve pain of inserted catheters.4, moxibstion over ginger group in reducing residual urine volume of postpartum urinary retention patients is better than western medicine group, can prevent patients urinary system infect for much residual urine volume.
