Objective:To improve the urinary function of patients with urinary retention after stroke by acupuncture on yaoshu point. To explore the effect of acupuncture on urinary volume in patients with urinary retention by comparing the changes of urinary residual volume before and after treatmentMethods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria for urinary retention after stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 patients in each group. The basis of the conditions of two groups of patients were given the same treatment conditions, the control group were treated by routine acupuncture time liao, liao in treatment, treatment group patients in the control group patients on the basis of lumbar shu point acupuncture treatment, treatment after two courses of treatment outcomes were observedResults:The residual urine volume and clinical symptoms were significantly improved after treatment in both groups. After treatment, the residual urine volume in both groups was reduced compared with that before treatment(Wilcoxon test was used in the experimental group,z=-4.782,p<0.001;Paired sample T test was used in the control group,t=14.594,p<0.001).After treatment, the residual urine volume in the test group was lower than that in the control group(mean rank=26.07 in the test group and 34.93 in the control group),which was statistically significant(z=-1.967,p=0.049).According to the diagnostic criteria of TCM efficacy, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 9 6.67%,and the cure rate was 60.00%;the total effective rate of the control group was 93.33%,and the cure rate was 33.33%.The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.According to the diagnostic criteria of modern medical efficacy, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,and the cure rate was 60.00%;the total effective rate of the control group was 93.33%,and the cure rate was 33.3 3%.The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.According to the statistical test, there was no statistically significant difference in bladder function scores between the two groups before treatment(z=-0.47,p=0.962).After treatment, bladder function scores of patients in the two groups showed statistically significant differences(z=-2.299,p=0.022),and the efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group(average rank of the test group=25.82,average rank of the control group=35.18)Conclusion:1.In this study, both acupuncture methods can improve clinical symptoms and bladder function scores of patients with urinary retention after stroke;2.In terms of clinical curative effect, acupuncture at lumbar yu point combined with conventional acupuncture is superior to traditional acupuncture in treating urinary retention after stroke.
