Objective: This paper develops a scientific,standardized,rational and practical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum urinary obstruction,and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of postpartum urinary obstruction.Methods:1.This study retrieves the urine after the merger of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of the relevant literature through manual retrieval and computer retrieval method.The retrieved documents are chosen in accordance with the inclusion criteria for screening,excluding the relevant literature.It will be included in the literature classification of evidence,determine the level of evidence,and then through the middle document definitions,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of nursing and other contents are summarized,according to the statistics into evidence,grading into recommendations.2.According to this recommendation of this literature,the author designs the expert questionnaire,and uses Delphi Technique to carry out the questionnaire survey.It uses the analysis of each round of questionnaire data to comprehend the definition,postpartum retention of urine in diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment,nursing and other characteristics.This paper explores the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum urinary retention.3.According to this recommendations of this literature and consensus recommendations of experts to guide the drafting and form.Results: Developing a more scientific and standardized post partum urinary obstruction diagnosis and treatment guidelines for traditional Chinese medicine.(See attachment four: Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine clinical guidelines for postpartum urinary retention)...
