The fixed effect model treatment efficacy and safety indicators betterthan (OR), to compare the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion than other therapy inthe treatment of postoperative, postpartum retention of urine, comparison of the efficacy ofacupuncture treatment group and the control group. The method and the same controlintervention with different acupuncture treatment subgroups stratified.Results: the35articles included Chinese randomized controlled trials, the randomnumber table method with7articles,1articles were used, Yu literature only mentionrandom words. All papers did not mention the random scheme of hiding and blind method,33literatures mentioned "balance" between group,2articles on the balance between thetwo groups were compared. The1chapter describes the ITT,1mentioned cases exit, falloff. Literature evaluation results:3points with1references,2points with7references,1of2documents, the documents are0points. Meta analysis showed: the effect ofacupuncture in the treatment of postoperative, postpartum urinary retention was higherthan the control group; the curative effect was higher than the control group acupuncturetreatment; stratified subgroup with a controlled intervention with different acupuncturetreatment showed that acupuncture treatment of postpartum urinary retention afteroperation, the efficiency is higher than other therapy.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of postoperative and postpartum urinary retention effect has certain advantages, which gives evidence to support from evidence-basedmedicine, so you can consider acupuncture for the treatment of postpartum clinicalpostoperative urinary retention. Furthermore, in order to further improve evidence basedmedicine, but also need to carry out more rigorous RCT literature designed to improveclinical data.
