Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Weiguan Decoction

Objective: to evaluate the curative effect of ibs-d by referring to the newly published consensus of ibs-d diagnosis and treatment,to conduct a clinical control study on the treatment of ibs-d with weiguan decoction and observe the clinical efficacy of weiguan decoction in the treatment of ibs-d.Methods: according to the random number table method,the patients who met the observation index were divided into 36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group.The treatment group was treated with weiguan decoction and the control group was treated with pivemonium bromide tablets.After treatment,the main efficacy indicators(abdominal pain,abnormal bowel movements)and secondary efficacy indicators(TCM syndrome evaluation,ibs-sss)of the two groups were compared,and the recurrence was followed up.The data was analyzed by using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:(1)comparison of main efficacy indicators:(1)After 2 courses of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the degree of abdominal pain,the response rate of fecal characteristics and the combined response rate between the two(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the response rate of abdominal pain for 4 courses of treatment(P > 0.05),and the difference in the response rate of the other two terms was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the treatment course,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)There was no statistically significant difference between the two courses of abdominal pain scores(P>0.05)and the difference between the two courses of abdominal pain scores(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the score of abdominal pain during 4 courses of treatment(P>0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in the score of diarrhea frequency(P<0.05).The difference of total score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive efficacy of main symptoms in the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)comparison of secondary efficacy indicators:(1)In the treatment of 2 and 4 courses of TCM symptoms of abdominal pain and cold pain,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance in such aspects as diarrhea at dawn,soft waist and knee,cold body and cold limbs,and no thinking about diet,etc.(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.94% in the TCM syndrome treatment group and 78.79% in the control group,and the difference in efficacy was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)End of the treatment of two groups of patients with IBS-SSS score,in addition to the pain degree has no statistical significance(P>0.05),the rest of the scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)comparison of recurrence rate:19 patients were successfully followed up for 2 months,including 1 patient in the treatment group and 3 patients in the control group.There was no significant difference in recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusion: The comprehensive effect of weiguan decoction on improving the primary and secondary efficacy indexes was better than that of the control group,but the effect of single symptom abdominal pain was not significantly different from that of the control group.In summary,weiguan decoction has a good therapeutic effect on ibs-d,which is worthy of clinical promotion and in-depth research.
