Observation Of The Curative Effect Of BaShen Decoction In The Treatment Of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective:By using "Bashen Decoction" in the treatment of 86 cases of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D) of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney patients, to observe the changes of clinical symptoms, the changes of the TCM syndrome score, and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of " bashen Decoction "Methods:Methods a randomized controlled study was adopted, and 86 patients with IBS-D who met the criteria of were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine "Bashen Decoction" in treatment, and the control group were treated with western medicine " pinaverium bromide " in treatment. The two groups of patients both took four weeks as a course of treatment. Through observing the patients’changes including the clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome integral and quality of life scale, blood routine, liver and kidney function, ECG and other safety indicators, then making statistical analysis, finally evaluating the effectiveness and safety of " Bashen Decoction "Results:1.86 patients were in this study, including 76 patients completed the clinical observation, the observation group of 4 cases,6 cases of the control group, the shedding rate was 11.6%.2.In the improvement of TCM syndrome, in the observation group, the total effective rate was 89.7%, significantly higher than that of the control group 75.6%(P<0.01); The observation group and the control group can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients in both, but the observation group in the changes of symptom score and IBS-QOL scale score of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fatigue, chills, waist and knee pain, abdominal fullness, lassitude and so on were significantly better than the control group, the two groups compared to have very significant difference in statistics (P<0.05, P<0.01).3.During the course of treatment, all patients without adverse events, indexes of blood routine, liver and kidney function and ECG examination showed no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:1.Effect of " Bashen Decoction" in treating spleen deficiency type IBS-D exact.2.No obvious adverse reaction "Bashen Decoction", which has good safety.
