Objective:To observe the clinical effect of WenzhongBuxu combined with acupoint application on diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and provide clinical evidence for the application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application in patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency predominant IBS-D.Methods: Sixty patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with WenzhongBuxu decoction combined with acupoint application,and the control group was given oral administration of pivavironium bromide(Deshute)for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Other medications were stopped during the study,and the patient's symptom scores were recorded before treatment,2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 4 weeks after the end of treatment.The clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed.The total scores of the two groups were compared.The individual scores and long-term recurrence rate of each symptom were evaluated.The clinical evaluation of WenzhongBuxu combined with acupoint application on IBS-D of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type was evaluated efficacy.Results:Using spss21.0 software for statistical analysis of the data.1?Clinical comprehensive effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group(90.00%)was better than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).2?Improve TCM symptoms: After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group improved abdominal pain,fecal diarrhea,cold limbs,waist and knees,and fatigue and fatigue were better than the control group(P<0.05),improving abdominal distension,bowel,and thinking.There was no significant difference in diet between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4weeks of treatment,the treatment group improved abdominal pain,fecal diarrhea,cold limbs,waist and knees,fatigue,fatigue,and diet without the diet(P<0.05),in improving abdominal distension,bowel and control.There was no significant difference in the group(P>0.05).3?Long-term prognosis: After 4 weeks of withdrawal,the recurrence rate of the treatment group(14.81%)was lower than that of the control group(40.91%)(P<0.05).The long-term efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The combination of WenzhongBuxu method and acupoint application therapy improved the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency predominant IBS-D and achieved positive results.Long-term efficacy was good,and all patients had no adverse reactions during the study period,indicating that Wenzhong Buxu combined with acupoint application is an effective combination therapy for the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency predominant IBS-D. |
