The Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Wenchang Recipe On Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Patient

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenchang Recipe in the treatment of IBS-D Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome,and to explore the optimal treatment of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.MethodsUsing randomized controlled method,90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with "Wenchang Recipe",and the control group was given orally treatment:Pinaveriumbromide,Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets,both groups of treatment are 4 weeks.Primary endpoints: Assessment of abdominal diarrhea response rates after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment with the Digital Rating Scale for Abdominal Pain and the Bristol Fecal Trait Scale;Secondary Endpoints:The overall efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy before and after treatment were evaluated using the IBS-SSS scale and the TCM syndrome score.Safety indicators such as blood routine,liver and kidney function,blood glucose,electrocardiogram,stool examination and occult blood were observed before and after treatment,adverse events were recorded,and the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenchang Recipe were evaluated.Result1.A total of 90 patients were included in this study.A total of 82 patients completed clinical observation and were included in the statistics.There were 4 cases of shedding in the observation group and 4 cases of shedding in the control group.The total shedding rate was8.89%.2.Abdominal pain and diarrhea response rate: At the end of treatment,34 patients(82.93%)in the observation group obtained diarrhea response,34 patients(82.93%)met the intensity response of diarrhea,and 26 patients(63.41%)in the control group obtained diarrhea response 25 patients(60.98%)satisfied the intensity response of abdominal pain,the response rate of abdominal pain / diarrhea in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the proportion of the observation group that met any of the primary endpoints after 4 weeks of treatment was higher than that of treatment 2 Week time(P<0.05);At the same time,the improvement of abdominal pain / diarrhea in patients treated with Wenchangfang for 4 weeks was more obvious than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant and comparable(P<0.05).3.Overall curative effect: The IBS-SSS scale was used to evaluate the improvement of overall symptoms in the two groups of patients.The total effective rate was 82.94% after 4weeks of treatment in the observation group and 63.41% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome improvement,the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.24%,which was significantly better than that in the control group by 60.98%(P<0.01).4.In terms of safety,there were no drug-related adverse reactions in the two groups of patients,and there were no significant changes in related safety indicators after treatment(P<0.05).ConclusionChangning Recipe is effective in treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome withliver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,which can effectively alleviate symptoms such as abdominal pain and diarrhea,improve the overall condition of patients,improve TCM syndrome,and have good safety.
