Treatment Of Diarrhea Type Bowel By Nuazhongguyuan Formula The Clinical Study Of Irritable Syndrome(Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Yang)

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of nuazhongguyuan Decoction on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen kidney yang deficiency type),including its effect on serum 5-HT and CGRP levels.Methods: 80 cases of IBS-D with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang were divided into two groups: control group(trimebutine maleate + Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule)and observation group(nuanzhong Guyuan recipe group).Both groups took 6 weeks as a course of treatment,after one course of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.To observe the improvement of the total score of TCM syndrome,the score of single TCM syndrome and the total curative effect of the two groups,the changes of the scores of IBS-QOL and IBS-SSS,the changes of the levels of serum 5-HT and CGRP and Assess recurrence.Results:(1)there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05);After treatment,the total score of syndrome in the two groups decreased significantly(P < 0.01),but the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(2)Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05);After treatment,the scores of each single TCM syndrome in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the curative effect was significant(P < 0.01);The therapeutic effect of the two groups was similar(P > 0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05)in improving the symptoms of abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal distention,cold limbs,bowel sounds and fatigue.(3)Compared with the control group,the comprehensive effect of the observation group was better(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 65.00% of the control group,and the number of patients cured and effective was also higher than that of the control group.(4)The scores of IBS-QOL before and after treatment in the two groups were compared: There was no significant difference in IBS-SSS scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P > 0.05),and there was comparability;both groups could alleviate symptoms(P < 0.05),and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(5)Comparison of IBS-SSS scores before and after treatment between the two groups: there was no significant difference(P> 0.05)between the observation group and the control group before treatment,and there was comparability;both groups could alleviate the symptom severity(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(6)Comparison of serum 5-HT and CGRP levels before and after treatment between the two groups: there was no significant difference in serum 5-HT and CGRP levels between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable;both groups could reduce serum 5-HT and CGRP levels(P < 0.05),and the level of serum 5-HT and CGRP in the observation group decreased more significantly(P < 0.05).(7)Three months after the end of the study,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 8.57% lower than that of the control group,11.54%,indicating that the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of nuazhongguyuan formula on IBS-D patients is definite,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,the level of serum 5-HT and CGRP,relieve the patients' pain,reduce the recurrence,improve the quality of life,and achieve a better long-term effect.
