Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of anorectal sitting bath no.1 in the treatment of anal edema and pain after wet and hot combined hemorrhoids operation,to explore the mechanism of anal edema and pain after wet and hot combined hemorrhoids operation by anorectal sitting bath no.1,and to verify the clinical value of anorectal sitting bath no.1.Methods: In this study,a total of 90 patients with hot and humid combined hemorrhoids after external and internal ligation were observed, all from January 2019 to December 2019 in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine gastrointestinal surgery inpatients, randomized control method, divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases each.On the second day after the operation, the treatment group began to use the no.1 prescription of anorectal sitting bath to fumigate and wash the anus in the sitting bath;the control group began to fumigate and wash the anus in the sitting bath with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution on the second day after the operation. The two groups were treated with anal tai suppository and hemorrhoid anti-inflammatory ointment after the sitting bath for routine dressing change, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. They were compared on day 3,7 and 14 after treatment, and were followed up in the outpatient clinic and by telephone after discharge to observe the degree of edema, pain and wound healing time of the two groups, collect data, and compare the difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups. The recorded data were statistically analyzed using the statistical software SPSS23.0.Results: A total of 87 patients were included in this clinical study, among which 44 patients in the treatment group were given the no.1 prescription of anorectal sitting bath, and 43 patients in the control group were given the1:5000 potassium permanganate solution sitting bath. Before treatment, gender, age, internal hemorrhoids stage, operation duration, number of external hemorrhoids treated during operation, and pain score before treatment on the day after the operation were compared between the two groups. There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),which was comparable.Postoperative perianal edema, anal pain, wound healing time and overall efficacy were compared between the two groups. The results were as follows: score of perianal edema: 3 days after treatment, there was no significant difference in the score of perianal edema between the two groups(P > 0.05).On the 7th and 14 th day after treatment, the scores of anal edema in the two groups were compared, and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Pain score: 3,7,14 days after treatment, the two groups of pain score comparison, the treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05).Wound healing time: the difference of wound healing time between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the wound healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.Overall efficacy: the total effective rate was 88.6% in the treatment group and 83.7% in the control group. The comparison of the overall efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment of edema and pain after external strippingand internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids is better than potassium permanganate solution. Conclusion: The treatment of edema and pain after external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids is more effective than that of potassium permanganate.
