Clinical Observation Of Bai Hong Prescription Fuming-washing Solution Prevent And Treatment Of Ⅲ、Ⅳ Degree Of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoid Operation For Relieve Pain

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of BaiHong Prescription Fuming-washing Solution(BH)prevention and treatment of Ⅲ、Ⅳ Degree of circuferential mixed hemorrhoid operation for relieving pain.Methods: This study observed 140 cases of anorectal disease postoperative patients who hospitalized patients from 2015 March to2016 treated by operation in accordance with the inclusion criteria, at the traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University. According to the order of admission, patients are randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group is BA in 72 cases, while the control group of 72 cases is Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi powders(JZX). The present research is in gender, age, course of disease of pain tolerance,operation wound size. The present research is comparable. Patients aged 18- 55 years old,excluded those who were suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary heart disease(CHD), are under the spinal canal anesthesia surgery anesthesia. Patients in the treatment group from the first day after the operation,have their fixed tape removed and anal tampon to BA Fumigation sitz washed,while the control group uses JZX. The researcher watches the patients for pain from the 8 hours after the treatment, the first day, the second day, the third day, the fourth day to the fifth day and record the corresponding distribution.Results: The experimental group and the control group after underwent operation treatment, were treated with the same system treatment after operation.We focus on the total efficiency of the two groups during hospital stay in the analgesic effects of observation.The markedly total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were 97.13%、95.82% respectively. In terms of relieving pain, the pain scores of thepostoperative patients decreased as their treatment time prolonged.Both BH group and JZX group are effective in relieving pain for hemorrhoid after surgery interventions. The condition of the patients of the two groups has not worsened, and no allergy or adverse reactions occurs.It fully explains the clinical analgesic effect, further reduces the financial burden of patients, and generally recognized by patients and medical staff. BH is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine preparation.Conclusion: The BH effectively improves the postoperative anorectal postoperative pain and reduces the economic burden of patients, and it is worthy of the majority of promotion.
