Clinical Observation Of Qingjin Tongqiao Decoction In Treating Allergic Rhinitis In Children(Fever Type Of Lung Meridian)

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Qingjin Tongqiao Decoction on the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:60 cases of 3-14 years old children with allergic rhinitis due to lung meridian fever were randomly divided into two groups.There were 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.The treatment group was given Qingjin Tongqiao Decoction orally,while the control group was given Xinyi Qingfei Decoction orally.One week is a course of treatment.The patients after two courses of treatment and the patients after one month of drug withdrawal are followed up.The comparison of symptoms,signs and TCM syndromes between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,after two courses of treatment and after one month of drug withdrawal is observed.Results: The research results show that the total effective rate of symptom and physical sign integral is:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%.The total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.After statistical treatment,p > 0.05,there was no significant difference.On the comparative analysis of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was73.33%.After statistical treatment,p < 0.05,the difference was obvious.The test results show that:In the comparison of short-term therapeutic effects,The treatment group can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of children.One month after the end of the experiment,The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.66% in symptoms and signs integral,while the total effective rate of the control group was 50.00%.after statistical treatment,the difference was significant(p < 0.05).In the comparative analysis of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.66%,while that of the control group was 46.66%.after statistical treatment,the difference was significant(p <0.05).The test results show that the curative effect of the treatment group is obviously better than that of the control group after follow-up.Conclusion:Qing Jin Tong Qiao Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment ofchildren's allergic rhinitis(lung meridian fever type),which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of children and has a good prognosis.
