Clinical Observation Of Press-needle And Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Pulmonary Menstrual Latent Fever Type Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of press-needle combined with Qingfei Zhiqiu Decoction in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis(pulmonary meridian latent fever type),and evaluate its effectiveness,so as to provide theoretical basis for press-needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis(pulmonary meridian latent fever type)who were admitted to the outpatient department of the otolaryngology,First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(40 cases)were treated with press-needle and Qingfei Zhiqiu Decoction,while the control group(40 cases)were only treated with Qingfei Zhiqiu Decoction.Symptoms and signs scores were recorded before treatment,on the 7th day of treatment and on the 14 th day of treatment respectively,and statistical analysis was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 75%,respectively,and by rank sum test,P<0.01,with significant statistical difference.2.The scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed by non-parametric test,and the P values were all less than 0.01,with significant statistical difference.3.After 14 days of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were analyzed by non-parameter test,and nasal congestion P<0.001,with extremely significant statistical difference;vexed heat and inferior turbinate P<0.01,with significant statistical difference;runny nose and dry mouth P<0.05,with statistical difference.There was no statisticaldifference in the scores of other symptoms and signs(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Press-needle combined with Qingfei Zhiqiu Decoction and Qingfei Zhiqiu Decoction alone have clinical effects on the pulmonary meridian latent fever induced allergic rhinitis.2.The effect of press-needle combined with Qingfei Zhiqiu Decoction is superior to that of Qingfei Zhiqiu Decoction alone in nasal congestion,runny nose,dry mouth,vexed heat and inferior turbinate.3.The clinical effect of press-needle combined with Qingfei Zhiqiu Decoction is better than that of Qingfei Zhiqiu Decoction alone on the allergic rhinitis due to pulmonary meridian latent fever.
