Qing Re Zhi Qiu Decoction In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis (Liver And Gallbladder Dampness Heat Type): Observation Of Clinical Efficacy

Objective: Qing Re Zhi Qiu Decoction evaluation of traditional Chinese medicinetreatment of liver and gallbladder dampness heat type allergic rhinitis clinical curativeeffect, and observed with oral Qufengzhiyang oral liquid two whether there are differencesin efficacy. Methods:In accordance with the conditions of the60cases, the application ofrandomized scheme is divided into traditional Chinese medicine Qing Re Zhi QiuDecoction to a treatment group of30cases and oral Qufengzhiyang oral liquid for thecontrol group of30cases. The treatment group was given Qing Re Zhi Qiu Decoction,7days for the1course. The control group was given oral Qufengzhiyang oral liquid for1courses,7days. The two groups were treated with continuous2course. Observation ofclinical symptoms and signs were recorded before and after treatment, and the adversereactions were also recorded. Results:The statistical analysis, the treatment group and thecontrol group therapy in patients with allergic rhinitis were effective, treatment group totaleffectiveness86.67%, control group, the total efficiency of73.33%, in two groups after theend of treatment effect with significant difference (P <0.05), suggests that the treatmentgroup was superior to the control group, the treatment group before treatment, after signsand symptoms were obviously improved in contrast, effect (P <0.01), two groups ofpatients in the treatment without the occurrence of adverse events. Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Qing Re Zhi Qiu Decoction is directed to the liver andgallbladder dampness heat type allergic rhinitis is a very effective treatment method,embodies the Chinese medicine to cure for the ultimate purpose of the treatmentcharacteristics, which can effectively remove or alleviate the patient’s nasal itching,sneezing, frequently clear tears like water, stuffy nose and other symptoms, improvementin nasal ventilation function, promote nasal physiological function recovery. Description ofQing Re Zhi Qiu Decoction, traditional Chinese medicine treatment of liver andgallbladder dampness heat type allergic rhinitis is a safe, effective, simple method oftreatment.
