Clinical Observation Of Rhinitis In The Treatment Of Children With Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:By interventional treatment of using the Rhinitis recipe to treat Allergic rhinitis children,and compare it with the group treated by Biyuanshu Oral Liquid, to evaluate therapy response and provide selection tools.Methods:Choose 64 Allergic rhinitis children and divide them into two groups, one is treatment group, one is control group, with 32 cases in each. Treatment group is treated by The Rhinitis recipe, while control group is treated by Biyuanshu Oral Liquid, and the course of treatment is 3 days. It is treated in pretreatment, treating immediately(3 days), one week,2 weeks and 1 month follow-up respectively. Two groups of patients were observed and recorded nasal and systemic signs and symptoms. Then we can analysis the data by statistics.Results:(1)The total effective rate in the treatment group is 93.75%, while the control group's is 90.63% in the end of the treatment course. There is no significan difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)One month follow-up,the relapse rates of two groups are 15.63% and 46.88%, and by the comparison between groups P=0.002<0.05. The discrepancy has marked statistics meaning. Comparison account between pretreatment and follow 1 month, it means that general symptoms of two groups have ameliorated at different level. One month follow-up, by the comparison between groups P=0.048<0.05, it suggests treatment group has more advantages to ameliorate general symptoms than control group.(3)The total effective rate of the patients with different illness course in the two groups has no significant difference(P>0.05)after 3 days treatment.(4)The total effective rate of the patients with different severity of disease in the two groups has no significant difference(P>0.05)after 3 days treatment.Conclusion:(1)It was showed that, by comparison in efficacy before and after treating, there was certain effect in the treatment group and control group for treating Lung meridian latent pyrexia in Allergic rhinitis children.(2)One month follow-up statistical analysis of the results, the relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and had obvious therapeutic effect in the improvement of symptoms.(3)Neither illness course nor severity of disease is related to the therapeutic effect.(4)The Rhinitis recipe applied to treat Lung meridian latent pyrexia in Allergic rhinitis children which is effective, safe and low recurrence rate.
