Clinical Observation Of Jiemin Xiefei Decoction In Treating Allergic Rhinitis Of Pulmonary Meridian Type

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and follow-up recurrence rate of traumatic allergic rhinitis treated with Tiemin Xiefei Decoction combined with Mometasone nasal spray.In the treatment of allergic rhinitis,a new approach that can be widely used in clinical and safe and effective is sought.Methods: From January 2019 to December 2019,56 patients diagnosed with allergic rhinitis who came to the Otolaryngology Clinic of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University)were randomized using envelopes.The digital method randomly divided the test patients who met the criteria into 2 groups,of which 28 were in the treatment group and the control group,and they were observed for four weeks of treatment and treatment efficacy and followed up for three months after the end of treatment.Relapse.Patients in both groups were treated with standard western medicine(momethasone furfurate nasal spray,ipistine hydrochloride capsules,montelukast sodium tablets),and the treatment group was also given truncated xiefei decoction for basic treatment.4 week.The symptom score,clinical efficacy,and relapse rate of the two groups were compared after treatment,and then the two groups were evaluated.Results: 1.There were significant differences in the scores and total scores between the two groups of patients after treatment.The scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the treatment group.The results showed that the treatment group was more effective in improving clinical symptoms than the control group..2.After four weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 96.43%,the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 75.00%,and there was a statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that the clinical value of the treatment group was clinically significant.The curative effect is better than the control group.3.The patients were followed up for three months after the end of treatment.Both groups had recurrence.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups in the first month,but the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control from the second month.Group,the recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically different,indicating that the Chinese medicine treatment group can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of AR and achieve satisfactory long-term effects.Conclusion: Tiemin Xiefei Decoction combined with standard western medicine for treating pulmonary allergic rhinitis with allergic rhinitis can achieve very good clinical effects,especially to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is more obvious than the western medicine alone.Tiemin Xiefei Decoction can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of rheumatoid allergic rhinitis with long-term curative effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application to alleviate the suffering of patients.
