Clinical Study On Treatment Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis By Acupuncture Kinesitherapy Combined With Motion Acpuncture

Objective:In this study,we used the method of Randomized controlled trial to compare and evaluate the therapeutic effect of motor acupuncture combined with muscle-moving acupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis and conventional acupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis,to provide scientific basis for clinical application of sports acupuncture combined with muscle-moving acupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:In this study,71 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group(36 cases)and the control group(35 cases),once a day,5 times a week for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,VAS-P scores and Constant-Murley scores(CMS)of shoulder function were recorded and analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results: 1?Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,distribution of affected shoulder,VAS-P score and CMS data between the two groups(p > 0.05).2?After 4 weeks of treatment,VAS-P score and CMS data were compared within and between groups.Both treatments could relieve shoulder pain and improve shoulder joint function,but motor acupuncture combined with muscle-moving acupuncture was better(p < 0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.94%,the total effective rate of the control group was 78.13%.The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion:The results showed that the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with exercise acupuncture combined with muscle-moving acupuncture was effective,could relieve the pain of shoulder and restore the function of shoulder,and could improve the quality of life of patients with periarthritis of shoulder.The therapy has the advantages of less pain,good safety and compliance,and is suitable for clinical application.
