Optimization Scheme Research Of Acupuncture Kinesitherapy To Treat Periarthritis Of Shoulder

Objective: This subject aimed to explore the curative effect between acupuncturekinesitherapy and conventional acupuncture to treat periarthritis of shoulder. To observewhether there were differences among Yanglingquan point, Tiaokou point, Zhongpingpoint combined with acupuncture kinesitherapy, thus providing a therapy which was moreeffective for the disease.Methods: The120patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided intofour groups of each30cases. The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture.It selected Jianyu, Jianliao, Jianzhen, Jianqian and Ashi-point on the affected side. Exceptconventional acupuncture, the trial group1was treated by acupuncturing Yanglingquanpoint with exercise of shoulder. Trial group2and trial group3respectively selectedTiaokou point and Zhongping point, the rest with the trial group1. Before and after twocourses of treatment, recorded score of VAS, SJF and ROM.Results:1. Before and after treatment, four groups of VAS, SJF, ROM scores weresignificantly different (P＜0.05), which indicated four methods in improving the shoulderjoint VAS, SJF, ROM scores all had curative effect. Further, after treatment four groups ofVAS, SJF, ROM scores were compared between groups by the single factor analysis ofvariance, three scores in four groups were significantly different(P＜0.05), which showedfour groups after treatment VAS, SJF, ROM scores were different.Then compared meandifferences of two. It showed that in improving these scores the acupuncture kinesitherapycombined with conventional acupuncture was superior to the conventional acupuncture,but between the trial group was indiscriminate.2. After treatment the overall curative effectof four groups had significant difference by the rank sum test(P＜0.05), which showed theoverall curative effect of four groups was different or not all the same. It showed that the overall curative effect of the control group and trial group2was different, and the overallcurative effect of the control group and trial group3was also different, and between eachtwo of the rest of the groups was the same by multiple comparison.Total effectivecomparison result was trial group2and trial group3was the same and the highest, trialgroup1was second and the control group was the lowest.Conclusion: Acupuncture kinesitherapy combined with conventional acupunctureand conventional acupuncture were both effective methods to treat periarthritis of shoulder,but acupuncture kinesitherapy combined with conventional acupuncture was superior toconventional acupuncture alone. Trial group2and trial group3in general curative effectwere better than the control group.
