Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis With "Motion Acupuncture" Combined With Local Acupuncture

Objective:In this randomized controlled trial,the clinical efficacy of routine acupuncture and �motion acupuncture� combined with local acupuncture in the treatment of SP was observed.The purpose of this study was to compare the changes of the degree of curative effect and the degree of influence of daily life in patients with PH.Better help patients relieve pain,improve clinical efficacy,acupuncture treatment of this disease to provide a safe,convenient,curative effect of significant treatment,for the clinical treatment of this disease to provide useful clinical observation data,and to promote the use.Methods:In this study,72 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into two groups in the Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion,affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018.The patients with periarthritis of shoulder diagnosed during the study period were divided into treatment group(n = 36)and routine acupuncture group(n = 36).The curative effect was evaluated according to the prescribed course of treatment.The(VAS),Constant-Murley score scale of pain visual simulation scale before and after treatment was used as the observation index,and the VAS score and Constant-Murley were observed.The ley scale score was compared with the curative effect evaluation,and the treatment evaluation was made objectively.Results:The final statistical results of the data collected in this study showed that there was no significant difference in the general situation of the patients(age distribution,course of disease distribution,etc.),VAS score and Constant-Murley score before treatment(P > 0.05).1.Intra-group comparison:there was significant difference in VAS score and Constant-Murley score between the two groups before and after treatment,which indicated that the two groups could effectively relieve shoulder pain and improve shoulder motion.Two.2.Comparison between the two groups: after treatment,the VAS score andConstant-Murley score of the two groups were compared,P ? 0.000,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.005),which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving shoulder pain and improving the range of motion of shoulder joint.3.The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 90.00% in the control group.Conclusion:The results of this study show that both of the two methods have achieved good results.The application of �motion acupuncture� combined with local acupuncture in the treatment of SP can significantly improve the range of motion of the shoulder joint.The conclusion of relieving the pain of patients shows that �motion acupuncture� combined with local acupuncture is safe,reliable,convenient and effective,and can be used in clinical practice.
