| Objective:Based on the traditional Tui Na of TCM theory,by filling,but xie for syndrome differentiation basis,take the Tui Na for purging gimmick syndrome differentiation treatment of Lumbar Disc disease(Lumbar Disc Herniation,LDH),by means of the treatment group(fill with Tui Na diarrhea syndrome differentiation treatment)and control group(with conventional Tui Na therapy)in the two groups before and after treatment clinical curative effect evaluation,JOA,ODI rating scale of statistical analysis,in order to observe the Tui Na for purging methods LDH curative effect mechanism,diagnosis and treatment to discover its advantages,make better service to the clinical traditional Chinese Tui Na.Preliminary study on the combination of syndrome differentiation and diarrhea theory and specific manipulation and the quantification of clinical application of manipulation for the purpose of making an exploratory attempt to study manipulation of Tui Na,and hoping to expand the clinical thinking of syndrome differentiation and diarrhea in the treatment of related indications.Method:The 60 subjects were all from the Tui Na treatment center of the first affiliated hospital of anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine,and they all met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of LDH.The 60 subjects who met the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Before treatment,the general condition(gender,age,disease course,TCM syndrome type,etc.)and condition status(JOA low back pain score,ODI lumbar dysfunction index score,etc.)of the two groups were statistically analyzed to exclude differences.The control group received routine Tui Na treatment once a day,and the specific time of treatment was different according to the syndrome type.The treatment group was treated according to syndrome differentiation of manipulation ofTui Na,and the course of treatment was the same as that of conventional treatment group.After treatment,the change data of JOA and ODI scores of the two groups were sorted out and statistically analyzed.Result:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,disease course,TCM syndrome type and other general information between the two groups of subjects included in clinical observation,as well as in JOA lumbago score,ODI lumbar dysfunction score and other condition evaluation status through statistical analysis(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Clinical efficacy evaluation of the two groups: treatment group(treatment group based on syndrome differentiation of tuina tonifying and purging): after treatment of 30 LDH patients,8 were cured,16 were effective,4 were effective,and 2 were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.33%.The control group(traditional Tui Na treatment group): after treatment,6 patients were cured,13 showed obvious effects,7 were effective,and 4 were ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.7%.The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the traditional Tui Na group(P<0.01).3.Japan JOA lower back pain rating scale: in the two groups after treatment group JOA low back pain score points than before treatment were significantly increased(P < 0.01),and score points increase in treatment group was higher than that in control group,after statistics analysis had obvious difference(P < 0.01),two groups of patients after treatment,pain relief and the treatment group showed in the degree of pain relief than the control group.4.ODI lumbar dysfunction rating scale: ODI dysfunction score points within two way after treatment than before treatment were significantly lower(P < 0.01),and the lower level is higher than the control group,treatment group integral by the statistical analysis were significant differences(P < 0.01),the two groups after treatment in patients withlumbar spinal motion and improve the quality of life are all in and the treatment group activity at the lumbar spine and improved quality of life better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Tui Na is green,safe and effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.After treatment,the patient's clinical symptoms of lumbago and leg pain are significantly improved,the function is restored well,and the quality of life is significantly improved.2.The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Tui Na based on syndrome differentiation is superior to conventional Tui Na treatment in relieving lumbago and lower limb pain,numbness,restoring lumbar function and improving daily living ability.3.Syndrome differentiation and tonifying and diarrhea manipulation are important factors in the clinical efficacy of Tui Na for lumbar disc herniation,which are worthy of further clinical exploration and exploration. |
