At last, literature were unscrambled,arranged,summarized and analyzed earnestly.Result:Wish to obtain conclusions about Anmo-Tuina which will correspond to both of Chinese and western medicines in following aspects: pathogenesis,nosogenesis,diagnosis,differentiation of symptoms and signs,as well as principle and method of the treatment. In order to find out better therapeutic schedule which will be good for popularizing the treatment of Chinese Anmo-Tuina curing LIDP in Singapore, therapeutic mechanism is also analyzed and summarized in the research.Conclusions:At present, both Chinese and western medicines consider lumbar and lower limb as the location of LIDP, but they are quite different therapeutically. Western medical doctors treat LIDP with drugs,physiatrics or operation as the convention, while doctors of traditional Chinese medicine choose treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, such as Anmo-Tuina,acupuncture and moxibustion,taking orally drugs or applying ointment and so on, whose destination is to improve dysfunction of zang-fu,meridian,qi and blood, as well as to promote self-recovery of the organism. A consequence has been obtained from the literature that curative effect of Chinese Anmo-Tuina quite to satisfy, both the main symptom and the experimental index have improvement. With the differentiation of symptoms and signs as a guidance, including differentiation of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,meridian and traumatology department, therefore curative effect can be enhanced, suffering of patients can be removed. Accordingly Chinese Anmo-Tuina deserves generalization in Singapore to bring benefit to the populace.
