Objective:to tuina combined with power law for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical curative effect observation, to explore the of lumbar will disc herniation effect, treatment, prognosis and adverse reaction. Methods:the inclusion criteria of 40 cases of hospitalized patients, according to the random sampling method,1:1 control, divided into tuina group therapy combined with power law 20 cases and control group of traditional tuina 20 cases. Treatment group:tuina therapy once every other day, every 20min; 10 times for a course of treatment were two courses; sitting Baduanjin Qigong exercise selection, twelve segments Jinzhong action, and professor to patients, Monday to Friday every day according to the requirements of practice 20 minutes each time. The control group used the traditional tuina therapy, once every other day,20min each time; 10 times for 1 courses,2 courses were observed. After two course of treatment, two groups of patients with plasma thromboxane B2 (TXB2),6-keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha (6-k-pgfl), TXB2/6-K-PGF1 alpha ratio and lumbar JOA score chart using SPSS software to carry out the analysis and comparison of medical statistics, in order to assess the therapeutic effect.Result:1, before and after the treatment, two groups of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGFla and TXB2/6-K-PGF1 alpha ratio within the group there were statistically significant differences in (P < 0.05); the treatment group and the control group on the efficacy of the total efficiency was 100.0% and 85.0% respectively, the rank sum test, statistical difference cues. That tuina exercises exercise in promoting function in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc recovery effect.2, compared with before treatment, after treatment, two groups of patients the JOA score increased significantly, within the group there are statistical differences (P< 0.05), and after treatment, the two groups of the JOA value score between the two groups (P> 0.05), indicating that the two methods are all effect. That tuina combined with Qigong exercise can significantly improve patients with lumbar disc herniation of the ability to live independently, improve the quality of life.3, the treatment group and the control group in the total efficiency were 100% and 85%, by 2 test, P<0.05, have statistical significance. Explain the treatment group in improving symptoms of patients with lumbar disease curative effect, better effect compared with the control group.4, followed up for 3 months, the JOA score of treatment group compared to the treatment 4 weeks after have significantly improved, by t-test, group P<0.05, statistical significance; in the treatment group follow-up JOA score and the treatment after compared with no obvious change, and JOA score after treatment group comparison of P> 0.05, no statistically significant. Therefore, under the intervention of the two methods of treatment, treatment group, the prognosis is better that is effective in the prevention of recurrence of LDH, were treated by tuina combined with Qigong exercise after treatment with a better prognosis.5, treatment group and control group of adverse reactions occur rate was 0.00%, suggesting that both tuina combined with training exercises and traditional tuina for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation are efficient, safe and has less side effects, easy to accept the majority of patients. Conclusion:tuina combined with exercises in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation curative effect and prognosis is better, the recurrence rate is low; tuina combined with Qigong exercise can effectively promote the patient back function recovery and improve activities of daily living; as one of the feasible treatment method, less adverse reaction and safety of high, it is worth clinical promotion.
