Clinical Effect Evaluation For The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By Massage Manipulation Of "Dredging Ren Meridian And Du Meridian"

Objective:This study compares the massage manipulation of “dredging Ren meridian and Du meridian” with the traditional massage manipulation and traction therapy by Visual Analogue Scale,Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores and Oswestry Disability Index to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by the massage manipulation of dredging Ren meridian and Du meridian” and to provide a new thought for clinical treatment of the lumbar spine disease.Methods:This is a randomized controlled clinical trial,a total of 78 case of patients with lumbar disc herniation are included.The patients were divided into the group of the massage manipulation of “dredging Ren meridian and Du meridian”,the group of the traditional massage manipulation and the group of traction therapy by simple random grouping according to the order of treatment.Each group has 26 patients.These three groups of patients were treated once a day,20 minutes each time,15 times in total.Such as the clinical symptoms,signs and the limits of daily activities of three groups of patients were observed before and after treatment.In the meantime,researchers recorded the score of three groups of patients before treatment and after treatment to compare and analyze the effectiveness of three different treatments and the curative effect of intra-group and interblock,in order to summarize the clinical efficacy of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by the massage manipulation of “dredging Ren meridian and Du meridian”.Results:1.The three groups of VAS and ODI scores were lower after treatments and JOA scores were improved after treatments,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The difference of VAS scores and VAS difference value among three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of JOA scores and JOA improvement rate among three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference of ODI scores,ODI improvement rate and the excellent and good rate table of ODI among three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.According to the evaluation of curative effect of JOA scores,in the“dredging Ren meridian and Du meridian” manipulation group,the effective number is 25 case,the total effective rate is 96.2%.In the traditional massage manipulation group,the effective number is 23 case,the total effective rate is88.5 %.In the traction therapy group,the effective number is 20 case,the total effective rate is 76.9%.The difference among three groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).According to the evaluation of curative effect of ODI scores,in the“dredging Ren meridian and Du meridian” manipulation group,the effective number is 23 case,the total effective rate is 88.5%.In the traditional massage manipulation group,the effective number is 23 case,the total effective rate is88.5%.In the traction therapy group,the effective number is 19 case,the total effective rate is 73.1%.The difference among three groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05).According to the comprehensive evaluation of curative effect,in the “dredging Ren meridian and Du meridian” manipulation group,the effective number is 25 case,the total effective rate is 96.2%.In the traditional massage manipulation group,the effective number is 23 case,the total effective rate is 88.5%.In the traction therapy group,the effective number is 20 case,the total effective rate is 76.9%.The difference among three groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The massage manipulation of “dredging Ren meridian and Du meridian”,the traditional massage manipulation and traction therapy are effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Three different treatments can help patients to relieve pain,improve limbs symptoms and the quality of life.2.The overall efficacy of the “dredging Ren meridian and Du meridian”manipulation group is superior to the traditional massage manipulation group and the traction therapy group in the related indicators.According to the pairwise comparison among the three groups,the clinical effect of the massagemanipulation of “dredging Ren meridian and Du meridian” is better than the traditional massage manipulation and traction therapy,the traditional massage manipulation is the second,and traction therapy is worst.
