Clinical Study On Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Treated By Lumbar Balance Method Under The Guidance Of The Theory Of Differentiated Governance

Objective: This study based on distinguishing structural differentiation theory under the guidance of the waist to leveraging and regular massage method for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,through the clinical treatment effect of the two methods of statistics and analysis,test and verify in the clinical feasibility of the waist to leveraging method,from the structure and preliminary discussion on the diagnosis and treatment of LDH,is based on the theory of distinguishing structural differentiation under the waist adjustable equilibrium method for the treatment of LDH provides theory basis for the clinical application.Methods: In this study,72 LDH patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled in the second department of affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2017 to December 2018.A completely randomized controlled study was conducted in which 36 cases were divided into the waist balance treatment group and the control group.Treatment group once every other day,5times(9 days)for a course of treatment;The control group received one course of treatment(9 days)with 9 times per day.Patients in the two groups were treated with two courses of treatment respectively and the efficacy was observed.The interval between the two courses was 2 days.JOA simplified scale and ODI scale were used to evaluate the efficacy before and after treatment,and the differences of efficacy of different methods were compared and statistically analyzed.Results: The results of this study showed that JOA score and ODI score were compared before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group respectively(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups had therapeutic effects on LDH.After treatment,the JOA score and ODI score of the two groups were significantly different(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group for lumbar intervertebral protrusion was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Waist balance method and routine massage can promote the recovery of LDH,and the curative effect after treatment is significantly improved.Compared with the two,in the diagnosis of diseases,the theory of differentiation and treatment can more accurately locate the etiology of LDH.In the treatment of diseases,the waist adjustment needle operation frequency is less,can reduce the pain of patients during treatment,increase the trust of patients.It is a more simplified and effective treatment method,which is worthy to be widely used and popularized in clinical practice.
