As Chinese women continue to improve their education background and their sense of social roles gradually awakening, more and more Chinese women are choosing to become doctor--a career which had been traditionally dominated by male, and made far-reaching influence in the process of the development of medical industry. But, at the same time, they also meet some problems in the process of their career development.This paper base on the theory of women's career barriers, carry out systematized Literature exploring and empirical studies on female doctors, discuss the situation and influential factors of women doctors'career barriers, especially discuss job burnout's influence on women doctors'career barriers. This research select some women doctors from four different hospitals in Wuhan area as the object of study, through the methods of interviews and questionnaires, firstly do some description statistical analysis and one-way ANOVA analysis on women doctor's career barriers, it revealed that women doctor's career barriers situation show significant differences according to some of the demographic variables, thereinto, title, age and length of service of female doctors have notable affection on their career barriers, educational background and marital status caused relative small differences. Subsequently, this paper further explores job burnout's influence on women doctor's career barriers, found that:(1) women doctor's career barriers and job burnout were significantly correlated;(2)Women doctor's job burnout have significant forecast effect on their career barriers. Later, this paper discuss the influence of women doctor's coping strategies on their career barriers, found that coping strategies have no significant influence on their career barriers.Base on the results above, this paper do some discuss and compare the result with prevenient research, analyzed the characteristics of women doctor's career barriers, gave some advises on overcoming career barriers. Finally, pointed out the shortcomings of the study and give some advises for future research.
