Objectives:With the changes of the medical model and the reform of the medical mechanism, People's health conscious and demand are improving,the nursing field becomes expanding,all the nurses are facing more and more stress and challenges. Job burnout in nurses is appeared gradually. Job burnout can lead to several symptoms, such as tired body, insomnia and headache or mental problems such as dumps, anxiety and helplessness etc. These results can influence the relation between nurses and patients. So, it is essential for us to realize the current situation of job burnout in nurses,to analyze the influencing factors and bring forward some of the pertinent strategies. All these studies will improve the efficiency of the nurses and provide further important both academic and practical significance.Method:First,the study define the primary contents through the literature studies. Second,the author obtained the first-hand information through wide questionnaire investigation. The investigation object is one hundred and fifty nurses in No.2 hospital of Jilin University in Changchun. The investigation inventory is composed of three different questionnaires including the CMBI. The related factors are confirmed through web interview and the expert's opinion. Third,all the inventory data are put into SPSS13.0 software and had the statistic analysis step by step. Finally,all the results will be discussed and several suggestions will also be brought forward in the end of the paper.Results:The investigation states that the nurses in different department have job burnout,the level of the job burnout has the difference to the normal model in North America area;The level of the personal accomplishment and emotional exhaustion is lower than the normal model,the level of diminished personal accomplishment is higher. It exists great diversities in different nurses. The level of the emotional exhaustion in nurses of medical duty is highest;The level in nurses of manager duty is lower than them. The level of emotional exhaustion in nurses who are normal employee is higher than the nurses who are non-normal employee. The nurses whose work load great burthen have highest level of the depersonalization;The nurses who have highest amount of work have highest personal accomplishment,the nurses whose work are overload followed them. The score of the emotional exhaustion in different professional title has statistic significance。Conclusion:The high probability of job burnout in nurses is now a very serious situation in modern times. Much more attention to the nurses in ICU will be paid. The managers in the hospital should make reasonably good use of the human resource and reduce their workload. All the nurses should obtain enough social supports and opportunities to take part in the correlated decisions. In possible situation, some tactics such as competitive mechanism and encouraging system are involved in order to improve the wage of the excellent nurses, this will help reduce job burnout in nurses.
