With the development of modern medical and the further reform of the health system of China, the doctors have to face more and more heavy working pressure and occupational stress. All that made doctors a susceptible population to the Job Burnout. So it is meaningful to study the current situation and management of doctors'Job Burnout.In this case, a survey was carried on in the hospital to study on the status of the doctors'Job Burnout and its influencing factors. Totally 337 doctors were surveyed. The survey used the Burnout Inventory-Physician Survey (BI-PS) draw up by Zhu Hongwei.The results of survey showed that the relevance ratio of emotional exhaustion≥is 26.11%, the relevance ratio of diminished personal accomplisbment≤2 is 36.5%, the relevance ratio of Service anxiety≥2 is 53.41%, the relevance ratio of depersonalization≥2 is 38.58%. From the survey, we found that the main factors that influenced the job burnout of the doctors were age, holderofanoffice and department. Marital status and sex were not the main factors that influenced the job burnout.Research results show that Z hospital doctor job burnout isn't yet serious situation, but in order to make job burnout in the controllable scope not to a more serious direction, the author puts forward some Suggestions and measures hoping to reduce the occurrence of doctor job burnout. First, the hospital and doctors need for government support, social environment and public opinion environment improvement. Second, improve the quality of medical treatment, ease the workload pressure. Third, innovation doctor training mechanism, pay attention to the humanity quality training and the career planning of doctors. Fourth, establish within the hospital medical personnel psychological counseling agencies to alleviate the doctor pressure. Fifth, pay attention to construction of hospital culture, build relaxed working atmosphere.
