Burnout,also known as job burnout,occupational exhaustion,or occupational exhaustion,generally has three characteristics: emotional exhaustion,depersonalization(also known as depersonalization),and low personal achievement.This phenomenon began to attract the attention and research of scholars in European and American countries in the 1970 s.China's research on this issue started late.With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,domestic economic restructuring,accelerated social changes,increased environmental pollution,new diseases are constantly emerging,medical reform policies are constantly updated,doctor-patient relationship is strained,and the problem of expensive medical treatment is always a social problem.This research mainly focuses on the current situation,investigates the relationship between the doctor's job burnout and the doctor-patient relationship in Guangzhou,and understands the relationship between the degree of doctor's job burnout and the doctor-patient relationship in Guangzhou,and analyzes the factors that affect job burnout.Purpose: Combining literature and empirical investigations,based on a review of predecessors' job burnout problems,a comprehensive analysis of the current degree of job burnout among doctors in Guangzhou and its correlation with doctor-patient relationship,exploring the influencing factors of doctors' job burnout,and researching job burnout.With the current status of doctor-patient relationship,it seeks to find a good solution to the doctor's job burnout,promote the physical and mental health and professional development of physicians,and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Method:(1)Document analysis: Consult the literature and research results about the theory and practice survey of doctor's job burnout both at home and abroad,and provide sufficient theoretical support for this research.At the same time,find a way to relieve job burnout from the practical and theoretical significance analysis.(2)Questionnaire: Using the internationally popular Maslach Burnout Inventory-Service Industry Edition(MBI-HSS)and Professor Liu Junrong's "Doctor-patient relationship self-test questions," a questionnaire survey was conducted on the relationship between doctors' occupational burnout and doctor-patient relationship in Guangzhou.Random sampling method was used to select a number of medical institutions in Guangzhou,and a random sampling method was used to investigate physicians in order to obtain relevant empirical analysis data.(3)Data Analysis: Using statistical software to analyze the survey results,to explore valuable information,analyze the factors that affect burnout,and to study the relationship between doctors' job burnout and doctor-patient relationship,and to provide data support for this research.Result: There were 214 or more doctors with moderate burnout,accounting for 66.05%;Among the 177 people who lack moderate human failure,accounting for 54.63%;There were 247 people with a moderate degree of personal sense of accomplishment,accounting for 76.23%;The doctor-patient relationship is not very good,there are 239 people,accounting for 73.77%.The doctors in Guangzhou have higher levels of job burnout and their doctor-patient relationship is not very good.The relationship between doctor's job burnout and doctor-patient relationship has mutual influence and interaction.Doctors with high job burnout do not have a good doctor-patient relationship.In turn,the deterioration of doctor-patient relationship will also increase the doctor's sense of burnout.Conclusion: Hospital administrators can take appropriate measures to ease the burnout of doctors,and thus ease the relationship between doctors and patients;at the same time,they also take measures to ease the relationship between doctors and patients to relieve the burnout of doctors.(1)Increase the allocation of physicians and greatly reduce the workload of doctors;(2)Establish a sound promotion mechanism and reasonably raise wages and benefits;(3)Give full play to the doctor's ownership and increase humanistic care;(4)Establish positive Hospital culture,creating a good organizational atmosphere.(5)Building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
