Objective: This topic is a clinical observation on the classic Prescription of traditional Chinese medicine: Zhenren Yangzang Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction for the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(Spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome).For the principle of treatment,observe the curative effect of Zhenren Yangzang Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction on this disease,so as to provide a reasonable,effective and safe treatment Plan for the clinic.Methods: According to the screening requirements,a total of 72 Patients were selected from the Professor Liu Tiejun's workshop of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the clinical diagnosis of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(Spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome),and signed informed consent voluntarily.Seventy-two Patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 Patients in each group.The treatment group was given Zhenren Yangzang Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction twice a day for 28 consecutive days.The control group was given Guben Yichang Tablets 2.5g,three times a day for 28 consecutive days.During the treatment,the two groups of Patients ate regularly,quit smoking and alcohol,and strictly observed the clinical symptoms of the two groups of Patients,and recorded the changes in symptoms and signs before and after treatment.Results: In this trial,a total of 61 Patients completed the study as required,including31 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group The total efficacy of TCM syndromes in the two groups was 93.33% in the treatment group and 90.00% in the control group.The total score of the treatment group before treatment was 11.94±3.71 and the total score after treatment was 1.94±2.10;the total score of the control group before treatment was12.37±3.92 and the total score after treatment was 4.97±4.69.After statistical examination,the two groups of treatment the comparison of total scores after P<0.05 indicates that the overall effect of the treatment group is better.By comparing the scores of each symptom before and after treatment: the comparison of the scores of each symptom before and aftertreatment in the two groups,P<0.01,indicating that the symptoms of both groups have improved after treatment.After treatment,the symptoms of diarrhea,cold abdominal pain,cold limbs,and waist and knee weakness were significantly improved in the two groups of patients,P<0.05;for the improvement of appetite loss,P>0.05,there was no significant difference;The test of IBS-SSS total score was P>0.05 before treatment,no significant difference,and P<0.01 after treatment,there was a significant difference,indicating that the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The recurrence rate was 6.50%;the recurrence rate in the control group was 26.70%.The statistical test showed that the recurrence rate of the two groups was less than 0.05,indicating that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group and had a certain long-term effect.Conclusion: Zhenren Yangzang Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of Patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome),have high safety and fewer side effects,and its treatment effect is better than Guben Yichang Tablets.It Provides a safe and reliable treatment scheme for traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine to treat diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome).
