| Purpose:Through the comparative study of traditional Chinese medicine Zhenren yangzang Decoction and Sishen pill flavored with Bupiyichang pill,verify the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions Zhenren yangzang Decoction and Sishen pill flavored,chronic colitis(syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency)provide clinical evidence of effective TCM clinical treatment.Method:All the patients who participated in the study came from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital Guoyi Tang Liu Tiejun Studio,who were diagnosed as chronic colitis(syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency).According to the randomness,all of them signed informed consent and adopted a randomized control method.The selected 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.The treatment group:Zhenren Yangzang decoction and Sishen Pill(added by simmer Psoralen,Nutmeg,cinnamon,Codonopsis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Muxiang,Paeoniae Alba,Angelica Sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhiza,Evodia rutaecarpa,Schisandra chinensis and other drugs),the course of 4 weeks.Control group:Bupiyichang pills,the course of treatment is the same.The changes of colonoscopy were detected and recorded before and after treatment,and the differences were compared and statistically treated.Result:(1)The main symptoms of TCM:The two groups were statistically compared before and after treatment,P▲<0.01,P delta P△<0.05,▲compared with△,bring about P<0.05.After treatment,the main symptoms of experimental group patients were significantly improved(P▲<0.01),bring about the control the main symptoms of patients improved(delta P△<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group is more better than the control group.(2)Evaluation of the total curative effect of syndrome:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 76.67%in the control group.By rank and test,the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)Gastroscope performance:The total effective rate of treatment group was 97%,the total effective rate of control group was 73.33%.After the rank and test,the treatment group and the control group had statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.(4)Total Symptom score evaluation:Before and after the two groups of treatment by statistical comparison,treatment group 30 cases,before treatment symptom score is 12.76±5.01,control group 30 cases before treatment symptom score is 12.33±2.94.By rank sum test,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment.In 30 cases of treatment group,the symptom score was 2.97±2.83 after treatment,30 cases in control group were 6.00±3.72.By rank and test,the treatment group had significant statistical difference after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.01).The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The results from the above data show that the treatment of chronic colitis(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)with warm kidney and warm spleen,astringent sausage and catharsis,combined with Zhenren Yangzang decoction and Sishen pill is significant,and can obviously improve the main clinical symptoms and symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine.In clinical treatment,it is more effective to improve the quality of Zhenren Yangzang decoction and Sishen pill decoction. |
