Clinical Study Of The Liqi Jianpi Tongbian Decoction In Treating Qi-Stagatanion Functional Constipation

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of the Liqi jianpi tongbian Decoction in treating Qi-Stagatanion Functional.Methods: From 12 months 2018 to 01 months of2020,60 patients of Stagnant of Qi type functional constipation were collected in the affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Xinjiang medical university.All Patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases)was treated with chinese patent medicine(BinLang SiXiao pill),and the treatment group(30 cases)was treated with Liqi jianpi tongbian Decoction.Four weeks as a course of treatment.Two groups scores of the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome and PAC-QOL were record before and after treatment.Through by analyze data to therapeutic evaluation of the two groups and evaluate their safety.Results: The difference of the total score of main symptoms of constipation before and after treatment was compared between the two group(P=0.000).The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the total score of main symptoms.The difference of major single symptom was tested,treatment group in improving the defecation effort(P=0.000),time of defecation(P=0.001),sense of falling(P=0.000),frequency of defecation(P=0.018)and abdominal distension(P=0.002)was superior to the control group.2.The difference of the TCM symptom total score before and after treatment was compared between the two group(P=0.000).TCM symptom score of treatment group were decreased significantly than control group.It is obvious that the treatment group overmatch the control group in relieving constipation(P=0.000),abdominal distension(P=0.020),emotional problems(P=0.00).Comparison in improving belching or fart frequency and anorexia(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference.3.The difference of PAC-QOL before and after treatment was compared between the two group(P=0.000).The treatment group getting visibly better on living quality.Conclusion: The Liqi jianpi tongbian Decoction through softeningtemper,liver qi,making intestinal gas smooth to treating Functional of clinical symptoms and living quality batter than control group.It can improving TCM syndromes in patients of Qi stagnation functional constipation.It has no obvious adversereaction.
