| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Liqi Huayu decoction in treating functional constipation(stagnant of Qi).Methods: Sixty patients with functional constipation(stagnant of Qi)were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Liqi Huayu Decoction;30 cases in the control group were treated with Liumo Decoction,4 weeks as a course of treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results: In the treatment group,the main symptoms such as defecate difficulty,defecation less and poor stool are improved better than that in control group.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group in treating minor symptoms such as poor appetite,abdominal distension after eating and chest fullness is better than control group.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P <0.05).There is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in treating the symptoms of sign(P>0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group is 96.67% and in the control group is 86.67%,the clinical efficacy in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.Conclusion: The Liqi Huayu Decoction has definite therapeutic effect on functional constipation(stagnant of Qi),and it has the effect of regulating qi and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.The Liqi Huayu Decoction is a safe,effective,easy to use and non-toxic side effects of effective prescription,it is worth promoting in clinical practice. |
